
Capital B acquired another Bitcoin and announced the conversion of Blockstream Capital Partners’ remaining OCA B-01 convertible bonds into approximately 28.7 million new shares.

The company purchased 1 Bitcoin for €56,061, bringing the Bitcoin holdings assigned to its treasury strategy to 3,140 Bitcoin.
The holdings were acquired for a combined €283.9 million, or an average of €90,407 per Bitcoin.
Capital B linked the latest purchase to a €52,850.72 at-the-market share issuance completed with TOBAM. The company issued 101,636 shares at an average price of €0.52 each.
The financing follows several larger raises completed earlier in 2026.
In May, Capital B said a separate 192 Bitcoin acquisition was funded through an €854,274.88 at-the-market share issuance with TOBAM, a €1.1 million warrant issuance subscribed by Adam Back, and a €15.2 million private placement subscribed by institutional investors, including Back and TOBAM.
Capital B reported a year-to-date BTC Yield of 2.13%, a BTC Gain of 60.1 Bitcoin and a BTC € Gain of approximately €3.27 million.
For the current quarter, it reported a BTC Yield of 0.27% and a BTC Gain of 8.6 Bitcoin.
Separately, Capital B reduced the conversion price of its OCA B-01 bonds held by Blockstream from €0.544 to approximately €0.495. The adjustment followed the expiration of the company’s BSA 2025-01 warrants.
Blockstream requested the conversion of its remaining 14,195,352 B-01 bonds into 28,687,362 Capital B shares.
Once completed, no OCA B-01 bonds will remain outstanding. Blockstream will continue to hold 55,279,428 OCA B-02 bonds.
