Strive, Inc. purchased 17.76 Bitcoin between June 29th and July 2nd at an average price of approximately $59,850 per Bitcoin, including fees and expenses, according to a July 6th Form 8-K filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

The purchase brought Strive’s total holdings to 19,882 Bitcoin as of July 2nd.

For the second quarter of 2026, Strive said it acquired 6,236 Bitcoin at an average cost of $74,290 per Bitcoin. 

As of June 30th, the company held 19,864 Bitcoin, acquired at an average cost of $94,761 per Bitcoin.

Strive listed its Bitcoin holdings at approximately $1.16 billion at quarter-end, based on a market Bitcoin price of $58,631. 

The company also reported $144.5 million in cash and cash equivalents as of June 30th.

Strive disclosed several Bitcoin-related metrics for the quarter, including 24.0% BTC Yield, BTC Gain of 3,264 Bitcoin, BTC $ Gain of $191.3 million, and an amplification ratio of 67.2%.

The company defines Bitcoin Yield as the percentage change in Bitcoin per assumed diluted share over a given period. 

Strive said these figures are not traditional financial performance, valuation, or liquidity measures.

The company stated that its second-quarter financial closing process had not been completed and that the figures included in the filing were preliminary, unaudited estimates that could change.
