Strive purchased 21 Bitcoin between July 13th and July 17th, raising its total holdings to 19,921 Bitcoin, according to a July 20th regulatory filing.

The company paid an average of approximately $63,221 per Bitcoin, including fees and expenses, placing the acquisition’s total cost at about $1.33 million.

Strive’s cash and cash equivalents increased by $3.3 million during the same period, reaching $157.4 million. 

Based on SATA’s current 13% annual dividend rate, $100 stated value and approximately 7.83 million outstanding shares, the cash balance represents about 18.56 months of dividend payments. 

The company also held 505,000 shares of Strategy’s STRC preferred stock. 

The position’s reported fair value declined from $44.18 million to $43.07 million, leaving Strive with approximately $200.47 million in combined cash and STRC investments.

Strive’s Class A common shares outstanding rose by 443,797 to approximately 73.87 million. 

Class B shares declined by 3,335 to 9.8 million, while the SATA share count was unchanged.
