Company founder and chairman Michael Saylor announced the purchases in a September 28th X post, noting that Strategy now holds 847,666 Bitcoin and $6.02 billion of USD assets.
The company paid an average of $85,681 per Bitcoin, bringing the aggregate cost of its holdings to $63.95 billion, or $75,437 per Bitcoin.
To fund the week's activity, Strategy sold 1,469,165 shares of its MSTR Class A common stock through its at-the-market program, raising $246.2 million in net proceeds.
An at-the-market program lets a company sell newly issued shares gradually into the open market at prevailing prices.
Of those proceeds, $142.7 million went toward the Bitcoin purchase and $103.5 million toward STRC repurchases, the filing disclosed.
The sales marked a change from the prior week, when Strategy reported no at-the-market activity and paid for both its Bitcoin and STRC purchases from cash on hand.
STRC, formally the Variable Rate Series A Perpetual Stretch Preferred Stock, is a preferred share class Strategy uses to raise cash against a $100 reference price.
The company bought back 1,534,530 STRC shares, an average of roughly $98.86 each.
Strategy sold no shares of STRC or its other preferred stocks, STRF, STRK, and STRD, during the period.
The company has $723.5 million of remaining capacity under its preferred stock buyback authorization and $1.0 billion under its MSTR buyback program, which went unused.
Strategy's USD Reserve stood at $5.02 billion and its USD Cash at $1.00 billion as of September 27th, down from $5.04 billion and $1.05 billion a week earlier.
In a September 28th X post, investor Mark Harvey wrote that Strategy has now repurchased all the Bitcoin it sold this quarter "and then some," extending its streak of consecutive quarters with Bitcoin holdings growth to 24.
