Strive purchased 1,107 Bitcoin between September 21st and 25th, according to a Form 8-K filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on September 28th.

Strive Chairman and CEO Matt Cole put the cost of the purchase at $94.5 million in a September 28th X post.

The company paid an average of $85,396 per Bitcoin, inclusive of fees and expenses, the filing showed.

The acquisition increased Strive's total holdings to 27,462 Bitcoin, up from 26,355 Bitcoin a week earlier.

Cole also disclosed that warrant exercises generated another $12.4 million during the week.

Including those proceeds, he stated that 85% of total capital raised came from SATA, Strive's Variable Rate Series A Perpetual Preferred Stock.

SATA shares outstanding rose by 1,009,020 to 12,193,180, according to the filing.

Shares underlying Strive's traditional warrants fell by 460,649 to 25,349,806, while Class A common stock outstanding increased by 649,072 to 88,453,685.

Strive's cash and cash equivalents climbed to $248.8 million as of September 25th, up from $229.6 million on September 18th.

The company continued to hold 505,000 shares of STRC, the perpetual preferred stock issued by Strategy, with a reported fair value of $49.8 million.
