The company paid an average of approximately $73,409 per Bitcoin, including fees and expenses, during purchases made between August 17th and August 21st.
Using Bitcoin’s reported price of $76,953 at 4 p.m. Eastern Time on August 21st, Strive’s total holdings were worth about $1.64 billion.
Strive held 20,246 Bitcoin as of August 14th, meaning the latest acquisition increased its Bitcoin position by roughly 5.5% over the one-week period.
The filing also showed that Strive’s cash and cash equivalents rose from $154.8 million to $171.9 million.
The company continued to hold 505,000 shares of Strategy Inc.’s Variable Rate Series A Perpetual Stretch Preferred Stock (STRC).
The fair value of that position increased from approximately $47.9 million to $48.6 million.
Strive reported 89.7 million effective common shares outstanding as of August 21st, up from 86 million one week earlier.
Its assumed fully diluted share count increased by the same 3.65 million-share amount to approximately 92.9 million.
Outstanding shares of Strive’s Variable Rate Series A Perpetual Preferred Stock, trading under the ticker SATA, rose by 441,313 to about 8.27 million.
